SNAP Employee Portal
Overview
The SNAP Employee Portal was developed to streamline internal HR processes and give staff secure, self-serve access to their personal data, time-off requests, announcements, and performance records.
Scope of Work
I built a fully custom portal using Velo with backend logic for secure logins, role-based access control, dynamic repeaters, automated email notifications, sick/vacation tracking, and database-driven analytics.
Solution
The result is a centralized, mobile-friendly platform that replaced outdated spreadsheets and manual workflows. With real-time leave balances, internal messaging, and automated approvals, HR operations are now faster, more transparent, and easier to manage.
trackr CRM
Overview
trackr CRM was designed from the ground up to support the entire sales pipeline, from lead intake and quoting to internal notes, tagging, and deal stage tracking, tailored specifically for SNAP's signage business.
Scope of Work
Using Wix Velo, I developed a custom CRM with Kanban-style lead boards, activity tracking, tagging with notifications, coordinator assignments, revenue analytics, automated reminders, and secure modals for lead detail edits.
Solution
trackr replaces generic CRM tools with a focused, intuitive interface that speaks the company’s language. It empowers sales reps and coordinators to work faster, stay aligned, and never let a lead slip through the cracks, all within a clean, mobile-responsive design.
Signage Screens
Overview
The SNAP Signage Screens were created to modernize how information is shared across departments. Mounted in various office and warehouse locations, they dynamically display real-time data to keep staff informed and engaged.
Scope of Work
I built a series of automated signage pages using Google Apps Script, and Velo backend APIs. Screens pull live data from employee databases, Google Calendars, and internal tools to show installations, birthdays, sick days, weather, and more.
Solution
The signage system updates every few minutes and uses smart labeling (e.g., “On Vacation”, “Returning Tomorrow”) for clarity. It’s fully automated, requires no manual input, and has become a key part of internal communication across multiple teams.
